The coded information on my Nexus card says I live in the US but on the card itself it says CAN. Whenever I check in at the airport the machines have trouble with my card and the airport agent has to edit the information to show I live in Canada. Does this mean I have to go to Nexus and get a new card?

You need to go to an enrolment centre to get the information corrected on your card.
