My son has a Canadian passport expiring February 2016. He is 19 and was 15 when he got his passport. He is going to Mexico the third week of August. Does he need to renew and if so, how do we do that?

Because he’s Canadian and he’s going to Mexico, he should be okay. However, if he wants to renew now, he should do it sooner rather than later. Passports can be renewed at a Passport Canada office or at participating Service Canadas.
