I am legally married in the Philippines but we didn’t live together and 3 months after the wedding we separated (not legally) and i didn’t change my marital status here in Canada. Now I am applying for my Citizenship I am wondering if i should put single or married? and can I get married here?

If you’re legally married in the Philippines then you’re legally married in Canada. Your status is married for your application. However, if you didn’t include this on your permanent residence application you will have an issue with your citizenship.

You absolutely cannot get married in Canada without first annulling your marriage in the Philippines.
