I have landed last year in October as a emigrant under the family class (my husband sponsored me) but because of the problems that I had with my husband, I decide on January this year to come back in my home country, when I left Canada I didn’t had my PR card, now I would like to know do I have any right to travel back in Canada and in which way, or where I can be informed did CIC revoke my PR status

Your status likely has not been revoked only because IRCC (formerly CIC) has not been informed that you left your husband. The conditional permanent residence rule for spousal sponsorship is still in existence as of February 2017, so you will lose your status if you try to apply for a Permanent Resident Travel Document unless you wait until the rule is appealed (supposedly in th next couple of months) and see if you can keep your status then.
