I landed first time in Canada in Sep 2016, today i got my PR card with a validity of 1 year. PR validity is generally 5 years. Why my card’s validity is 1 year? Is this any problem? This is my first PR card.

Yes, normally PR Cards are issued for 5 years. However, they are issued at the discretion of IRCC. It’s possible that the officer issuing the PR Card has some concern over whether or not you will stay in Canada. So you will have to renew your PR Card if you want to travel outside of Canada after September 2017.
