I’m a new Canadian citizen and would like to see if i can apply for a Nexus card, i did back in 2008 have a b1b2 visa cancelled, but went back to the consulate and got a new one once i explained my situation, i also have a current b1b2 in my British passport that will expire in 2024. although now im a Canadian i use mu Canadian passport. Do you think i would have any problem getting a nexus pass?

First, you do not need a visa to travel to the US now that you are a Canadian citizen, provided you are traveling for business or pleasure.

As for your NEXUS – whether or not you can get a NEXUS Card depends upon two things:

  1. The discretion of the officers reviewing your application – as it always does.
  2. The reasons for the cancellation of your visa. If you violated an immigration rule, for example, you will likely have a problem getting your NEXUS Card.

However, the only way you’ll know for sure is by applying.
