In the final review of my GOES online application, there is one error – Permanent Resident Status. The question asks if I am a permanent resident of the U.S. I answered ‘No’. The system won’t let me submit my application for certification with the ‘No’ answer. I am a Canadian Citizen and provided my valid passport, birth certificate and driver’s license data. Help!

You may need to contact TTP support because if you selected “No” and there’s nothing else entered, something else must be causing the issue. Maybe they can somehow reset your application.
