I am a Canadian citizen. I am 8 months pregnant and my baby will be delivered by C-section. My Cuban fiancé applied for a visa and was denied. We tried to get married, but I recently got my divorce certificate. We don’t have time to get marry and apply for sponsorship because the baby will be born next month. I need him with me because I have no one to help me, I have been alone my entire pregnancy. What should we do? Should I call immigration Canada? Should I go to the embassy of Canada in Cuba and tell the situation? We have many documents and photos proving that our relationship is legitimate.

Did your fiance mention the birth in the application? You can request a review of the decision by providing additional details that you did not initially provide in your application.

Or he can apply again with more information.
