I became Canadian citizen on the year of 1997. Unfortunately, I lost all my documents and ID including my SIN and OHIP card and my Canadian passport. How do I start to get all my documents.

  1. The first thing to do is to replace your driver’s license.
  2. Then you can replace your citizenship certificate with your driver’s license and your Record of Landing.
  3. Then you can replace your Health Card with your driver’s license and citizenship certificate.
  4. Then you can replace your passport.
